📶 Udaan – Telenor Initiative

Empowering Rural Women through Telecom Access

Pilot Project: Rae Bareli, Lucknow Zone

The initiative addresses critical challenges in rural areas:

  • Lack of awareness and negligible education in remote regions
  • Low access to internet services
  • Limited telecom penetration among women
Objectives
  • Create livelihood opportunities for underprivileged rural women
  • Build a distinct brand identity with strong local connect
  • Enable self-sufficient women retailers through a scalable model
  • Provide revenue-based opportunities to at least 10 selected women retailers
  • Positively impact 20 families, reaching approximately 120 individuals

👁️‍🗨️ Titan Eye Plus Rural Van Initiative

Bringing Vision to Rural India:
Launched on 26th October 2018 in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, this initiative by Dayal Opticals and Titan Eye Plus aims to make affordable eye care accessible to rural communities through a mobile van service.

  • Home Delivery of Glasses
  • Folding Chairs & Sitting Arrangements for client comfort
